Microbloc's fuel filter/water separator is the optimum product to replace Racor (USA) and Mann+Hummel (Germany) fuel filter/water separators in current market. The two parities' products have higher cost and similar performance. Microbloc's patented fuel and water separation technology is the result of 30-years experience with petroleum purification and the clean-up of seawater contaminated by crude petroleum. In mid 2003, Microbloc's scientists developed a new filtration technology and began production of the Microbloc Multigrade G_NNA material that is used in the Microbloc Fuel Filter/Water Separator. Besides patented designs such as G120 and G130, Microbloc also produces common models (patented free) such as 500FG, 900FG,1000FG,445, 460, 490,4120...etc. Microbloc's products basically include the hot-sale products in the market. Microbloc's fuel filter/water separation products mainly have two series, one is turbine series, and another is spin-on series.
Turbine series include G500,G900,G1000, G75/500FHX, G75/900FHX, G75/1000FHX and G79/1000FHV, G75/500MAX, G75/900MAX, G75/1000MAX and G79/1000MAX series of fuel filter/water separators , which designed for Powerful Diesel Engines and Transfer Pumps.
Microbloc turbine series remove contaminants and separate water using a four stage process:
1. Centrifugal Action: Larger solid contaminants and free water are separated
2. Coalescing Action: Smaller water droplets and solid contaminants are filtered out by Microbloc multigrade filtration media, causing them to coalesce together and fall into the collection bowl 3Micro Action I: Micro Action filtration removes the smallest water droplets and solid contaminants from fuel
4. Micro Action II: A second Micro Action filtration ensures nearly 100% pure fuel filtration
Microbloc spin-on series include G170, G227, G341,G454, and GP170, GP227, GP341,GP454 series Fuel Filter / Water Separators for Diesel Powered Engines and Transfer Pumps.

Turbine series and spin-on series efficiently protect precision engine components from dirt, rust, algae, asphaltines and varnishes. A clear bowl allows for visual inspection of water and contaminants removed from fuel by the filter.
